School history

Associated with the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LC-MS), Calvary Lutheran School was established in 1948 to provide preschool through eighth-grade students a solid educational foundation rooted in core Christian principles and values.

Our Christ-centered learning environment is guided by the Holy Scriptures and actively encourages sharing the love of Christ. In any school, children need to feel accepted and loved. At Calvary Lutheran, we believe the better we know God, and who we are in relation to God, the better we are able to accept and love others. This philosophy guides our curriculum and challenges our students to learn and grow.

Calvary Lutheran School promotes development of the whole child in an atmosphere of love and care. The result is a student who is intellectually and spiritually strong, emotionally secure, and well prepared for a lifetime of learning.
