Scrip Program

Buy gift cards to all the places you normally shop or to give as gifts and Calvary gets a percentage! You don’t have to spend any extra – just plan ahead and your usual spending works for Calvary!

The Process: (It’s EASY!!)

1. Select the vendors and value of gift cards you want. (View Vendor List) (need updated link)

2. Complete the Order Form. 

3. Attach your check to Calvary Lutheran School or complete your credit card info.

4. Turn your order in at any church or school office.

Weekly orders will be processed on Friday and will be available for pick-up the following Friday. All orders must be placed in the secured payment drop box at each of our locations. Do not send your order to your child’s teacher unless you make previous arrangements. Please specify on your order form how you would like your cards to be returned to you.

Your second opportunity of purchasing is through our weekly “Grab and Go” Days. Watch your newsletter for dates on which representatives will be set up in the front entry hall at your campus. On these days you will be able to shop from our “on hand inventory,” grab and go!

  • Scrip is a program that allows you to purchase merchandise cards through your school. You can then use the merchandise cards for shopping or for gift giving. For each merchandise card that you purchase, a percentage – anywhere between 2%-16% – will be held in your school account. You will receive a quarterly statement indicating how much you have earned by using Scrip. You will have the option of applying this to your monthly Calvary Account, designating it to a special account within your bill, or gifting it back to the school to be used in a Special Project Fund. A 1% fee will be deducted from your account quarterly to help offset the cost of running this program and to cover shipping fees.
